Custom Recurring Events date

Is possible include recurring date like first, second … last WEEKEND or dates related to Easter, like the carnival, finally given as the Sunday, Saturday … closest or before or after a certain date.
I already have part of the calculations for these occasions, but I do not know how to integrate them.
