 * Good day to you, I want to purchase your product but I just noticed it does not
   have my form included, I need your math captcha applied to a polling plugin. 
   I want your math captcha to show right before people click on ‘VOTE’, I can see
   your plugin has been made to be compatible with some premium forms I was hoping
   you could help me add this poll plugin which is a pro plugin make it compatible
   with your captcha plugin thanks.

 * Thanks for the update. But what are the instructions to add custom form? Like,
   are you saying we copy a short code from your plugin and paste it in the custom
   form or what?
