Custom search form

    Hi,
    I use Wp 4.2.2 and Search Everything 8.1.3.

    The simple search form works very well 🙂

    But is it possibile to create also a custom search form that works with this plugin?

    I need to add DATE and TAG fields to the simple form.

    Have you any documentation?
