Sounds like something is causing a conflict somewhere, but I don’t think it’s the theme as no one else has reported this problem that you are experiencing. But to confirm, you are saying that when you go to the customizer, it just feezes and you cannot do anything there?
Usually when something goes wonky for someone but not for others, it usually relates to a plugin they installed. One troubleshooting method is to disable plugins one-by-one to find out which plugin is the possible culprit. After you disable one, check the customizer, if it still doesn’t work, then disable the next plugin…etc.

Hi no tried all that and reinstalled wordpress but loads and still hangs.
