Custom taxonomy problem for Gallery

I am going the state my problem in 3 steps as you mentioned as a guideline. I wish I will get a quick response and solution from you.

1- I am using “made theme” and I had to create custom taxonomies with custom tags through the theme. I want to display the posts with specific custom taxonomy tags. When I try to create the “Gallery shortcode” with your nicely designed interface, I see a big problem. The first taxonomy is recognized however other taxonomies are not recognized. You will see in the second third pictures. There is nothing to choose from list. Can you give an advice about what to do.
