custom template deleted after each update

Hello Bas,

Everytime I update your plugin, my custom template is deleted.
it is stored in /includes/templates/invoices/simple/mycustomtemplate
After updating, there is only micro template left.

Any idea how to prevent this?
Do I need to store it somewhere else? Because I also see /wp-content/uploads/bewpi-templates/invoices/simple which is completely empty

What is the difference between simple and global folder?
