Custom template error after form validation failed

After updating, I’m having issues with the “event-editor.php” template. The page displays correctly using the modified file located in my theme, but if there’s a failure in the form validation, when the page is reloaded, the form with errors ($EM_Notices) is displayed using the native Events Manager file. Secondly, the event image file is lost, requiring a reload.
