# Custom Theme

 * I want to change the layout of the lightbox so the description is to the right
   of the image, rather than under it. From what I understand, I can’t simply add
   CSS to my WP theme css file, correct? I need to create a custom theme?
 * Instead of creating a theme from scratch, can I just download the sample custom
   theme, update the SASS file, zip and add as a plugin?

 * Technically, you can add CSS to a theme’s stylesheet that affects the lightbox.
   However, a custom SLB theme allows more ways to customize the lightbox (layout,
   animation, etc.).
 * The sample theme is provided for exactly what you describe. Download it, [customize it using this theme tutorial](http://archetyped.com/know/slb-theme-anatomy/),
   upload it to your site, and activate it to use it.
