 * I have custom theme and looking for some way to create smooth scroll navigation
   between page section. Can I use your plugin in custom theme or it’s only work
   with listed themes ?

 * It works with all themes, unless the theme has its own smooth scrolling functionality
   that cannot be disabled by the plugin or a theme option.
