# Custom Thumbnail Error Message

 * I’m getting an error message when adding a URL for a custom thumbnail image to
   be pulled by the Top 10 plug-in.
 * The note on my dashboard for Contextual Related posts says, “You have Top 10 
   WordPress Plugin installed. If you are trying to modify the thumbnail, then you’ll
   need to make the same change in the Top 10 meta box on this page.”
 * The note for the Top 10 plugin says, “You have Contextual Related Posts installed.
   If you are trying to modify the thumbnail, then you will need to make the same
   change in the Contextual Related Posts meta box on this page.”
 * So I’ve been inputting the URL for the image in both spots. It works, but I get
   an error message about
 * Warning: Illegal string offset ‘disable_here’ …
 * Warning: array_filter() expects parameter 1 to be array, string given in…
 * Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by…
 * When I use the back tab to go back to the last page, everything looks okay and
   everything seems to be working as normal. Top 10 does pull the correct custom
   thumbnail image on the main page.
 * I have since found that I get the same error message even if only the URL field
   on Top 10 is populated and the one on Contextual Related Posts is not.
 * If I try to preview an unpublished post, I also get an error message.

 * Also what settings have you selected in each of the boxes in order for me to 
   try to duplicate this error

 * No settings are checked in the boxes on the post dashboard. Other than inputting
   the thumbnail URLs, the only other setting is one that is manually filled in 
   is the visit count on Top 10 is set to 0.
 * The image settings for Top 10 are:
 * Display thumbnails inline with posts, before title
    Thumbnail 150X150 cropped
   Crop mode box is checked Image size attributes HTML width and height attributes
   are used for width and height. width=”150″ height=”150″ Post thumbnail meta field
   name: post-image If the postmeta is not set, then should the plugin extract the
   first image from the post? Checked Use default thumbnail? Checked

 * Could you please try v2.4.0 which I just released and tell me if you are getting
   the same errors? I haven’t been able to duplicate this.
