Custom Url not working

    Greetings,

    First of all, thank Yuu for the great plugin!
    In combination with Dfactory’s lightbox, it works perfect.

    But there is an issue – when in “FooGallery>Galleries>Thumbnail Settings>Link” I select the “Custom Url” option, no field/place appears. Could You, please, specify, where the link should be inserted?
