# Custom User Registration Plugin?

 * Hi everyone,
 * I’ve been looking for a plugin that would allow a certain kind of user registration
   on a WordPress-powered site I’m working on.
 * Ideally, I would like users to be able to create accounts which they could then
   use to view certain information relating to services they have signed up for,
   etc. – but because the activities of these users would be unrelated to reading,
   writing, or editing post/page content on the site, I was hoping for something
   that would (at least appear to) work independently of the default user registration
   behavior and admin area built into WordPress.
 * My searches so far have turned up a number of plugins for creating paid subscription
   content and modifying the WordPress login behavior, but so far nothing that seems
   to really fit what I’m looking for.
 * Does anyone know of existing plugins that do something similar to what I’m describing?
