 * First, for sure, thank you for this Plugin.
 * A question came up, that I don’t found answered.
 * Which combination of settings are required to get the field _Custom Verification
   Message_ activated?
 * The problem is that new users don’t get the mail after the admin approved their
   registration and I think it is because the message isn’t enabled.

    New users are not getting any emails and “Custom Verification
   Message” can not be checked.

 * Ok if you check “Verify all new users email address” then you can activate “Custom
   Verification Message”.
 * It just doesn’t help though. User is not being notified after admin have changed
   their site role from “unverified”

 * So, I fixed it by installing this [http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/new-user-approve](http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/new-user-approve)
   and disable email notifications in “Register Plus Redux” (all the “Do NOT send”..)
 * I also disabled “Moderate all new user registrations…” since this now is done
   by the new plugin.
