The licensing is properly activated on our side. Your problem is that you have not setup the free Customer Area plugin properly.
1. Have you created the customer area page with the [customer-area] shortcode in the content?
2. If you have done so, deactivate the Login Forms add-on. Then log-out. Now access the customer area page as a logged-out user. What do you see? You should see links to login/create an account.
3. Now you can setup your customer area for users, create private files, private pages, … Once that is done and working, congratulations, you’re ready to activate all the add-ons you bought.

To enable registration, just enable the WordPress setting “allow users to register”. This is not a setting of the plugin BUT it is a setting for the whole WordPress site.
