Title: Customer data migration Last modified: May 7, 2022 --- # Customer data migration * Resolved [abatechnicalhelp](https://wordpress.org/support/users/abatechnicalhelp/) * (@abatechnicalhelp) * [4 years, 1 month ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/customer-data-migration/) * Hello, I want to migrate from lexblogger.com all subscriptions, orders associated to these subscriptions and also their customer accounts to access this data from their customer portal. * The destination wordpress is under a license I also have under my yithemes account for the domain legalbox.plus – where I already have customers who signed up using yith from legalbox.plus. * For this migration, I think the below are the main tables to take into account and wanted to confirm with you whether this steps and tables are correct before doing it myself. * _[ redundant link removed ]_ * SUBSCRIPTIONS The tables I have identified from the yith subscriptions are as follows: v6jpo05u3_yith_ywsbs_activities_log v6jpo05u3_yith_ywsbs_order_lookup v6jpo05u3_yith_ywsbs_revenue_lookup v6jpo05u3_yith_ywsbs_stats * I would need to add these above to the same tables in destination domain. * ORDERS (woocommerce) The tables I have identified from the woocommerce orders associated to yith subscriptions are as follows: wpstg1_woocommerce_order_items * CUSTOMERS (wordpress) I can export personal data from wordpress but HOW do I import to the TO domain in wordpress so customer gain access from legalbox.plus to see the same information they see in lexblogger right now? * QUESTIONS: 1- Do I have to check if any of the subscriptions id or orders id are already in the TO domain before adding these to the TO domain? Since they created that extension, they would be the best people to guide you. * For WooCommerce orders, the data is stored in four database tables: * `_posts` is used to keep the order date, status, order key, and a few other “ high level” pieces of information. The post_id number here is used for the order number in WooCommerce. `_postmeta` keeps “custom fields” about the orders. This will have the total, shipping and billing addresses for example. `_woocommerce_order_items` will keep track of each item on every order. This way every order can have a “ snapshot” of the products from the moment they were ordered. If a product is modified or deleted, it can remain on the order. Each order item gets its own ID number that is used to connect it to the order item meta table. Each product, shipping cost, and tax is considered a separate order item. `_woocommerce_order_itemmeta` stores additional information about each order item like the cost, tax, ​and so on. * Migrating order and customer data can be complex because of the data being spread across so many tables.
