# Customer refund button missing!

 * I see the customer should have a button close to the “View” button in their parchased
   product page to request for a refund.
    Well, this button is missing, why? Many
   many thanks in advance 🙂

 * The refund functionality is unavailable in the free version of Dokan. Although,
   we are not allowed to discuss anything related to commercial products here in

 * Hi Tanvir
    that’s strange because I have the abolity to set for a refund but 
   I cant see the button as shown in the video in your official website so should
   I set something in Woocommerce or Dokan settings? Many thanks I sent a message
   t the support too 🙂

 * As I have mentioned earlier, according to the [Forum Guidelines](https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/contributing-to-the-wordpress-forums/what-is-not-supported/)

   is a premium of the Dokan plugin, and as per the WordPress.org guidelines, [commercial products are not supported](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products)
   here.
