# Customisation not saving

 * Hi, I can’t get any customisation I do to save – whenever I click ‘save and publish’,
   the circle thing turns for a bit then disappears, but what I’ve done isn’t saved.
   I spent hours customising my site earlier and lost it all because no matter how
   many times I tried it just wouldn’t save! I tried another theme and everything
   saved, so I’m assuming it’s something specific to this theme.

 * Hello there!
 * I’m not sure why this would be happening. Do you have any other plugins installed?
   Could you try deactivating them to see if the issue persists?

 * Hey, thanks for your reply! I haven’t worked out which plugin it was but I deleted
   WordPress and reinstalled it from the beginning, which worked – so it must have
   been one of them!
