Hi,
thank you for the appreciation.
You can customize every element of the front-end form overriding the default css of each element using their own css classes. For example in your theme style.css you can do this:
#sln-salon{backogrund:#000;}
and the color of the form background will change.
Thanks for the speedy reply.
Is it also possible to add extra form fields?
I wanted to add an address field to the form.
Thanks gain,
J
Hi,
not at the moment, but the next week we’ll release a new version with the address filed added.
D.
Nice one!
I’ll look forward to that.
Thanks D
Lastly, is there a way to put the currency before the amount?
e.g: £15.00 and not 15.00£
Also our time-session average duration are 3hours long. Is it possible to increase a the limit is 60mins?
Thanks for all your help. Your support is first class.
J
Hi,
at the moment we have a limit of 60 minutes, but we are improving the logic of the algorithm in order to calculate the sum of the duration of each services booked. If you are in a hurry you can contract us for a custom development.
About the position of the currency I’ll keep you updated about our next release when we implement this feature too.
Cheers.
D.
Hi D,
Thanks for the feedback.
Look forward to your new release this week.
J.
Hi D,
What file would I find the code to edit the text “Make a booking” and “When do you want to come?”.
How is the next release coming along?
Thanks,
J
Hi,
today we should make a new release where we have fixed even the text strings you mentioned.
Anyway if you want to change the text strings you can do it editing your translation file.
For example: if your wordpress use en_GB (British English) you need to create .po file en_GB inside the language folder of the salon booking plugin.
Hi,
Thanks for reply. That sounds great.
I amended the sln-en_EN.po file in the plugin language folder but the changes didn’t apply on the front end? I amended the text that said “When do you want to come”.
Any idea where I’m going wrong.
Thanks
Hi,
we’ve just released a new version.
Please back-up your translation files and follow this instructions:
Put your own translation files inside wp-content/languages/plugins/
Hi,
Apologies as I’m a bit of a newbie at this. Under wp-content I couldn’t find the /languages/plugins/ folder. Our site is built with Headway themes. Would this make things different. Also not sure how to create a language folder from scratch?
The address update is great!
Thanks for your help.
Hi,
it’s simple, you just need to create a new folder called “languages” then inside this folder create a new folder called “plugins”, here you need to put your language files, for example:
sln-en_EN.po
sln-en_EN.mo
to create a new translation file you need to be confident with software like Poedit.
Hi, do you guys know where can I change the currency of the plugin on paypal to a currency that does not come with the stantard plugin? I would like to add Brazilian Real.
