 * I have a customised theme. Caution I am not a developer but I can tinker. The
   customised theme (developed by someone a while back) is set up so that the comments
   have been disable in the .php some way. The code is too complicated for me and
   I would really appreciate some help so that I can return to the standard comments
   functionality. Can anyone help me?
