1) Menu displayed in header by default
2) Three columns, it’s a shortcode http://themes.fruitfulcode.com/fruitful/shortcodes/
3) Theme options > Slider > Upload your images to slides > Use shortcode [slider] to display on home page.
Next theme version will be include, install dummy data.

From version 1.1 home page can be installed via theme options. General settings > Install dummy data.

If you want to change icons in columns, you need to add icon_url= to [info_box] shortcode
for example [info_box icon_url=”http://yourwebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/1column2.png”%5D

Dummy data can be installed only once after theme installation, from 1.1 theme version
daxstec, on your screenshot i don’t see header tab, which we added in 1.1 version.
I think you need update theme to latest version.
