 * Hi, I love this theme and I have just downloaded it. I need help customizing 
   it. I want to change the subscribe button bell icon to envelope, as I want this
   button to be a contact page, it is possible?
 * Secondly, it would be great if we could customize the footer by removing the 
   credit.
 * Also, the banner ad feature, it would be great if we could insert HTML code, 
   rather than an image with a link.
 * The theme is, unfortunate, too expensive to buy the Premium version. If it was
   less than $40 as lifetime, I would buy it.
