 * This these is showing sticky header option in customization page, however its
   not actually doing the same and same issue is with header shadow under header
   option in customization

 * Sticky header and shadow option is all css customization.
    I guess your problem
   has caches of css.
 * Please clear caches when not change.
 * Windows: CTRL + F5; Mac: CMD + R
