 * HI,
 * I cannot customize the colors or logo. I used to be able to do it in the plugin
   settings. now it takes me to the customize tab but when I hit the “switch to 
   mobile theme”, it does not switch over.

 * Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. The issue you describe is usually
   caused by the desktop theme loading its scripts outside of its own admin pages.
   Briefly activate a default theme like the TwentyFifteen or TwentySixteen theme
   and check for the issue. If switching themes resolves it, you can customize your
   mobile theme while a default theme is active. If not, you may want to reach out
   to the desktop theme’s author and see if they can provide a fix, to keep the 
   desktop theme’s scripts in its own admin pages only.
