 * Hi dcst I am not sure if I understand you correctly. Are you asking about adding
   your website Logo in the e-mail that is sent to the submitter through the contact
   form?

 * Okay try the following go to Advanced tab and enable the following….
 * > Enable using HTML in confirmation email message
 * Then add your html with the logo URL in the following field
 * > Confirmation email message:

 * this is for the thank you mail but i want change the email template when admin
   got the mail when user fill up the form from website at time admin receive mail
   this email template edit
