# Customize – error

    When I walk in Appearance>Customize page loads only partially. When I turn
   off the Age Gate plugin it works fine. My theme is GeneratePress.

 * I’m not able to reproduce this. Age Gate tests for customiser and stops doing
   anything (in theory!).
 * What are your age gate settings and I’ll update mine to match and see if I can
   get it to break.

 * I found a second culprit. On the test page, I checked that the “Insert Post Ads”
   and “Age Gate (with default settings)” plugins are enabled, there is a problem.
