 * What theme are you using? Customizer is disabled in FSE themes. It is turned 
   off if you are using twenty-twenty-two or any other FSE themes. Some plugins 
   like woocommerce will reenable the customizer.

 * is there a way to copy this customizer settings to another page, if they are

 * You are running a commercial theme they should provide support for their product.
   You would probably do better asking them. I would ask in their support form.
