# Customize not loading

 * Hello everyone,
 * After migrating a website using Flexia I am not longer able to access the Customize
   option. The page is not loaded properly, instead it loads as html/text.
 * Can someone please help me with this?

 * I have opened a ticket and was given a list of what might be bugging the customize
   option. I have followed all the checks and still not able to make it work properly.
