Customize Receipt Details

    Hi Stripe Support,

    I’m using Stripe with WooCommerce. Currently, the receipt email only shows the order number and total amount.

    I’d like to include more details like:

    • Product name
    • Product price
    • Shipping cost

    Is there a way to customize the receipt or send this info via metadata from WooCommerce?

    Hi @al2min

    Are you referring to the email that can be sent by Stripe or are you referring to the WooCommerce email?

    If you’re referring to the Stripe email, I’d recommend contacting support.stripe.com as they will have a better idea of what can be customized in that email.
