This can happen for multiple reasons, from third party plugins to an incorrect configuration of the server. * I have a few options you can try. * 1. Try changing the page template to the “Default” one, since you’re not using that at the moment. 2. Try deactivating all of your third party plugins, then reactivate them one by one and see when the problem pops up. 3. If all of this fails, you will need to enable WP Debug and Debug display to see where this error is coming from exactly — you will need to send us the screenshots of the whole stack trace. That is the only way to get to the customiser. * Please try the steps above and report back. It wasn’t there initially (before the deactivation). * What I’ve done is your recommendation for #2.
