# Customize Theme

 * When I go to the “customize” option under appearance, I get the options in the
   preview page, but when I click them, nothing shows up, so I cannot change the
   options. This is the case no matter what theme I use on both chrome and safari.
   How can I fix this as I’d like to customize my theme.

 * Probably, your theme has problems that make the customizer stop working. You 
   can switch to default theme and test the customizer again.

 * I did use the default theme and the problem was still there. Like I said, I have
   the problem on any theme (custom, default, and bought theme). It’s so strange,
   but it happened when I updated WordPress.
