Customize Theme Conflict
-
Good evening,
I cannot use customize on my theme since the Amazon plugin update.
What happens to my links when I deactivate to update customize? All of my pages are controlled by this theme function therefore need access.

It surely doesn’t have anything to do with the AALB plugin. Probably, again, some caching issue or interference with another plugin. I am running the latest version also and have no problem accessing the customizer.
I don’t use that one unfortunately. It’s only happened since the update, everything was running fine before then which is strange (and annoying). Theme says there is nothing they can do about 3rd party plugins.
When I deactivate Amazon I can get into customise no problem. Assuming that means my links are all down though?

My theme’s customize page in the WP dashboard is also showing up blank when this plugin is active. When I deactivate it, the customize page starts working again.
The site in question uses a Genesis child theme.
My theme is X by Themeco. They say they cannot help with third party plugins
Amazon – can you please look into this. It’s not possible that we don’t have access to customise.
They only way I can access it is by deactivating Amazon which makes my links coding and not clickable.
I use X Theme for my site. After I installed AALB, X Theme’s Cornerstone page builder plugin stopped working. When I try to launch it, it just keeps spinning. Deactivating AABL fixes the problem. I use the default page templates most of the time. The only solution I can think of for now is to deactivate AALB when I need to create or edit a page using Cornerstone, and reactivate it afterward.
Thanks for your input, this is the same situation as me but deactivating to page build really isn’t a viable option.
Articles are littered with coding where links normally appear when deactivated. I need to build two new pages which will take a day each at least. We shouldn’t have to have downtime which then impacts on usability and commission.
Hoping Amazon reply soon with a solution. I’m disappointed i’ve been ignored up until now. I chose Amazon over EasyAzon as well. Reported to customer service and asked to escalate.

Amazon Associates Link Builder.
I have installed v1.4.10RC1 on the stage version of my site, and I can access the customize page in the dashboard while it is activated.
A cursory look at the stage version of my site also showed no issues.
Thanks for looking into this!
Dear All,
May you also let us know if you have anyone or both of the below two plugins installed on your WordPress setup:

2. AMP for WP – Accelerated Mobile Pages -
