Customized text value via url

I need to put my products via a direct url in the cart, this works if I use the following url:
productpage/?customized_id=57&jigoshop_customized_product=testvalue&_n=5c90d5142f&_wp_http_referer=%2Fsitename%2Fproduct%2Fproductname%2F&add-to-cart=57

But the jigoshop_customize_product value doesn’t work. I need to set this by another form (not the usual product page)

Can you tell me how to set the customized product text when not doing it via the normal textarea?
