# Customizer Additional CSS Breaks

 * This plugin makes my CSS in customizer break. The scrolling doesn’t work right.
   It’s slow and glitchy looking.
 * It works fine with TwentyTwentyFour, but breaks when im on “Hello Elementor Theme”.
   I deactivated every plugin besides this one and it still occurs. No custom code
   in theme because I used a child them and it still happens when I switch to the
   main theme. I also removed my CSS and replaced it with dummy CSS and still.

   that you’re encountering issues with the Customizer CSS while using BetterLinks
   in combination with the Hello Elementor theme. I understand how frustrating it
   can be when things don’t work as expected.
 * We’ve tested the default version of Hello Elementor on our end, but unfortunately,
   we weren’t able to reproduce the problem you’re experiencing. Since you’ve already
   taken the steps to deactivate other plugins, switch between the main and child
   themes, and even test with dummy CSS, it sounds like you’ve been thorough in 
   your troubleshooting.
 * To help us pinpoint what might be causing the issue, could you please share a
   video showing the process you go through when the problem occurs? Seeing exactly
   how the issue manifests will give us a better understanding and allow us to provide
   more targeted assistance.
