Customizer not loading when PB is activated.

    I am a newbie having an issue with customizer not loading. I am using the Weaver Xtreme Theme v2.1.2. The site is in development stage and was working until unexpectedly the customizer stopped loading. I did some searching and followed some instructions to deactivate all plugins and reactivate one at a time. I did that and the only one that causes a problem is Page Builder. Now that I have identified it, what can I do. Of course it is a major component to the customized pages. I have read that some people tried deleting the offending plugin and reinstalling to no avail. I haven’t tried because I am assuming I lose all my settings this way. I have downloaded the WPContent file to my computer, so if I can salvage anything from there I have it. I appreciate any help possible.
