# Customizing Child Theme

 * If I would like to customize my child theme, is it always necessary to copy the
   file that I would like to edit on my child theme folder? Or can I just activate
   my child theme in wordpress and customize it directly using the Theme Options?
   Will my site be affected if ever the theme that I purchased gets updated?
 * Sorry for the stupid questions. I just want to make sure I am doing it correctly.
   Thank you.

 * You can just activate child theme and customize it directly using theme options.
   Parent theme’s updates won’t affect your customization.
