# customizing email preview

 * Is it possible to customize the email preview that appear in the list view of
   the emails, in the inbox of the recipient? When I send myself a test message,
   I see “View in browser…” in the preview section and it’s kinda weird.
    Thanks!

 * Thanks for your question!
 * The preview of your email is usually determined by the ISP in question e.g. Google,
   Microsoft, etc. and the option to “View in browser” is added by default.
 * When designing your campaigns or transactional emails, I recommend you use our“
   Preview on email clients” option to verify how the email will look across all
   ISPs and between mobile and desktop users.
