 * Hi,
 * I installed and customized this plugin, everything is working fine except for
   mail customization :
 * -For the admin the mail customization don’t apply (just all the infos for the
   appointment with a blue and white display).
 * -For the user the infos are the one I put in but no line feeds at all so it’s
   a bit messy…
 * Also not sure I get the categories right (who receives what).
    Client seems to
   receive what I put in “pending” No one seems to be receiving the “canceled” customized
   mail (only a brief notification not what I put in) I never received anything
   from the “reservation” and “confirmation” section.
 * Can you help me see a bit clearer through that please?
 * Thx in advance,
 * Ninako.

 * Hi Ninako,
 * There is no option for styling admin email. It is send as is. 🙁
 * For visitor emails you can use HTML elements for styling. For example if you
   want to brake line use `<br>` element at end of line etc.
 * I have just tested all status changes and email are send fine. Make sure to mark
   checkbox **Send email notification**.
 * Best regards,
    Nikola

 * Noted, thanks!
 * One last thing though : I understand it’s possible to submit reservation requests
   to confirmation (I want to be able to accept or refuse clients cause I might
   receive non-serious appointments requests…)
 * How can I do that? Is it possible to add a confirmation/cancelling link in the
   admin mail?
    I suppose I will also have to keep the “Make reservation at moment
   user select date and time!” option unchecked?
 * Best regards and thanks for your answers.
 * Nina.
