 * I purchased the Pro version and have one issue.
 * I would like my techs to get the description of the ticket when they are assigned
   it. That way they can view on their mobile and not have to log in. How can I 
   do this?

    Supporting Pro version is not allowed here, please create
   new ticket on [this page](http://pradeepmakone.com/wpsupportplus/support/) from
   next time.
 * Customizing Create New ticket and Reply Ticket is available in current functionality
   but it is not yet available for Assign to Agent or other mail types.
 * It is already under our development list but it will take some time (may be a
   month) to avilable.
