 * If I were to buy the PRO, can I show the actual ticket info in the email?
 * We are looking for a system that emails the tickets to agents and would like 
   them to see what the job entails. It would take the place of an app.

 * First of all, we don’t have a pro version. What we do sell are addons to add 
   new features to the plugin.
