 * I am working on a site that is being done locally, so can’t post a link for the
WP site. I am posting a link to the Google Site that I am redoing into a WordPress
site in case a reference is needed. [http://www.classroomgiving.org](http://www.classroomgiving.org)
 * Anyway, the site is a site that posts teacher’s information and their Amazon
wishlist for people to donate/buy off of to support teachers and their students.
 * I am helping out on a voluntary basis. Here is what I need USP to be able to
   do:
 * Teachers sign up to be included on the list by filling out a form with customized
labels. The post then is checked by the site owner, and then, without much need
to edit, approves it and it shows up on the correct page.
 * The categories are already created, based on State, and then city, although we
would need to be able to create new categories for cities.
 * The labels would need to be:
Name Grade Level School Name Address Phone Number
work email Amazon Wish List link Agreement to the terms of the website (a statement
that they have been spending their own money on school supplies, that the Amazon
list has the school address entered, and that their list does not contain anything
   hazardous to minors).
 * How do I make this happen? Thanks!

 * Yeah the free version of USP can do almost everything on the list, but only provides
one custom field. So as described, not possible with the free version.

 * Okay, I just realized that they can just input that information into the content,
and it will show up on the post….that is what is important. The other fields
go to the backend? Is that correct? Is there a way to have the post contents
format a certain way when posted?

 * Yes all custom fields are attached to the submitted post and may be viewed from
the admin area (e.g., Edit Post screen). For the formatting of posts, that’s
really up to your theme. With WP, the theme template is what determines how posts
are displayed on the front-end. So USP enables post submission, then from there
all submitted posts are handled by WP as regular posts. So they will be displayed
on the front-end just like other posts, depending entirely on your theme.
