 * Is it possible to modify the header section of theme templates so that the site
   appears to be integrated seamlessly with another site. What I’m trying to do
   is integrate my businesses website which is based on .asp with my new WordPress
   site. I want my current site’s main nav bar at the top and have my WordPress
   site below thus hiding from the viewer that they are separate sites. I’m pretty
   sure I can use IFrame to pull it off but would rather not have to if I can integrate
   it through header modifications. The theme I’m using is Streamline. Also for
   reference the link will show you what I’m trying to do…

 * Does anyone know if this can be done and if not what the best solution might
   be.
 * BTW…I was just introduced to WordPress and am extremely impressed!!!
 * Thanks in advance for any help I can get.
 * Chris

 * You should be able to customise a theme (or create a new theme) that includes
   a pretty seamless copy of your main site’s header. I wouldn’t use iframe personally
   but would look at incorporating the design of your current header into a WP theme.

 * Thank you! My lack of programming knowledge is going to show here but do you
   feel comfortable that this will integrate well with my site’s .asp platform.
 * Thanks again!

 * I know next to nothing about .asp (I’m a php girl myself) but, at the end of
   the day, both produce markup which can then be styled by CSS. So, in theory,
   it should be possible to use both platforms to produce almost (if not completely)
   identical markup.

 * I’m using the Streamline Theme and I can’t for the life of me figure out why
   my navbar doesn’t show the transparency I put into the navbar.png file. it’s
   always showing either the background color or white when i have transparency
   in the design of the navbar.png. Can anyone help me pleez!

 * Basically i want the navbar to show the desert pic in the background without
   the ugly dark grey.
 * Thanks in advance!
