 * On the settings page of the plugin, there is a box to include Custom CSS. What
   is this? Also, if you want it applied to your theme, how do you do that and are
   there any issues with that?

 * This is where you put the style names for parts of your website that the built
   in in check boxes don’t cover. For example, let’s say a theme you are using has
   one menu item that does not change to the font you pick. You need to find the
   style and put it there following the syntax on the bottom of the plug-in settings
   page.
