 * Just upped to the latest CVS, and putting wp-header into wp-includes causes the
   stylesheet url to have /wp-includes/ in it.
    `@import url( http://www.tamba2.
   org.uk/T2/wp-includes/wp-layout.css );`

 * Bounced from hackers list:
    Just noticed that the default site css is being looked
   for in the /wp-includes folder. I don’t understand this one – I was always of
   the thought that the user files which could easily be tampered with were outside
   any of the ‘serious’ folders. Apart from sites breaking on upgrade, and I can
   see that root could do with a wee bit of a tidy, I don’t get this change… not
   that I need to, it just strikes me as odd.
