    Steps to reproduce

    1. Go to ‘Site kit’
    2. Click on ‘Dashboard’
    3. Scroll down to ‘Top content over the last 28 days’
    4. See no data because it is connected to old GA and not GA4

Hello @nikolamla and thanks for getting in touch and sharing the addition context including your Site Health. I can see looking at your Site Health that you do not have the GA4Reporting enabled for your site.

As this is the case, it’s possible that some background updates for your site are not working, background updates that switch your Site Kit dashboard to display GA4 data.

To address this, there are some steps which you can take to ensure your dashboard is updated to show you GA4 data. The steps involved are below:

    1. Install and activate the WP Crontrol plugin
    2. Navigate to “Settings > Cron Schedules” and click on the “Cron Events” tab
    3. Scroll down to the googlesitekit_cron_update_remote_features hook event and click on “run now”
    4. Check your dashboard once more.

Let me know if this fixes the issue for you and if you have any questions with the above.

    Hello Adam,

I have checked data before, from month and half ago and it was working back then, not sure what happened so that sitekit stopped. From what I’ve seen, GA3 is for some reason as shown in screenshot, when I click to analytics link GA3, not GA4!

Here you can see much older data properly loaded:

I’ve installed plugin you told me to and run the cronjob, will let you know tomorrow if anything changes, but I think the issue maybe lies in plugin where it keeps trying to feed or/and load data from GA3 for some reason.

    TIA,

    Nikola

    Hi Adam,

Seems like I was wrong and for some reason crons didn’t run on our website so I pushed them via wp cli.

Workaround was to put a cronjob to be run every morning and to run everything like that.

    Thanks for pointing out!

    Kind regards,

    Nikola
