Dashboard setting menu not responding

    I have responsive pro installed on a multisite.
    I have one site where the settings page in the Dashboard has no Update settings button at the bottom and the tabs do not work.

    How can I reset this just for the one blog.

    All other blogs on the multisite are working OK.

    Tried deactivating – reactivating the plugin and locally activating instead of network activate.

    In what table are the settings stored?
