 * My usual Dashboard page, after some months not using the blog, lacks the basic
info: the left hand side bar has no access to: Posts, Comments, Appearance, and
so on; there’s no “Update” buttom to new versions of WordPress.
    Let me ask you
for a very simple explanation: I’m not an IT guy, neither English is my mother
   tongue. Thanks!

 * Hi again, Jamnes, and now with good news.
    I’ve re-arranged the folders, and
   now it’s: public_html / wp-content / themes / twentyfifteen, and the blog is
back! OK, it’s different design, but at least it’s there again. Tha dashboard
is still like at the beggining. What do you reccomend me next? Thanks!

 * Do you have a Users section in your Dashboard? If not, you probably aren’t logged
in as an Administrator. Do you have contact with anyone else who had access to
   the blog?

 * Hi once more.
Everything is now working properly, but I don’t know the reason
why. Following your last comment, I contacted a friend who has access to the
blog with a password supossedly outdated; I mean, the one I was asked to change
some months ago. The fact is that with this old password I can access the dashboard
with full information. So, does it mean that when I changed the Administrator
password, the new one had no Admin privileges? Anyway, a new theme has been applied,
and this weekend (at last!) I’ll upload a new post. James, thanks for your help
   and patience!

 * That’s probably what happened, you were logged in as one without Administrator
   privileges. 🙂
