    There may have
   javascript error. You can check the browser console and fix the js issue which
   may create other plugin.

    Sorry for this
   late reply. Basically, We maintain our support at our website and I forget to
   check tickets here. We have a dedicated support team and usually we provide support
   within 4-8 hours in our site.
