 * Hello, i created a form and is working great but i will like to know if there
   is any way to save the customer info into a database like name, address, phone,
   email so when the customer return and star typin the name it will pull the data

 * In order to do this the user would need to be logged into your site, if that 
   is the case you can use the fixed values to retrieve that information.
