 * Can anyone tell me if there is a “data export” option to this plugin? I need 
   to have the job listings and application submissions exported to an Excel file(.
   csv). Thanks!

 * Not yet. Import/export is something I want to tackle in the future. There may
   be generic post/custom post type importers out there however. Might be worth 
   a search!
 * As for applications, the core plugin doesn’t have a process for that – its email
   based.
