Data Greyed Out

    There are actually two issues. #1 is that the dashboard app doesn’t always show the correct website. #2 is that the data is greyed out. See screenshot at https://ibb.co/mqP0LP8

    I have re-authenticated many times and saved many times but these two problems remain. Would appreciate your help.

    Hi,

    Go to Analytics Insights and from General Settings screen select the website for which you want the stats to be displayed and then click on Lock Selection button.

    From the same screen choose the theme color you wish and save settings. The color chosen will be the default color for your charts.
